Rachael Campbell serves as Partner and Chief Operating & Growth Officer at Infinity. In her role, she helps shape the firm’s long-term vision while overseeing operations, team development, and client experience to ensure the firm continues to grow thoughtfully while maintaining the high standard of care Infinity is known for.
A lifelong Huntsville-area native, Rachael grew up just across the river in Lacey’s Spring and has proudly called Huntsville home since 2008. Her career began in business development with a prominent local automotive group, where she spent nearly a decade developing strong foundations in leadership, strategic growth, and client service. She later transitioned into the insurance and healthcare sector, representing Blue Cross Blue Shield and deepening her passion for helping individuals and families protect what matters most.
In 2017, Rachael joined Andy Zorovich at Infinity and quickly recognized she had found her professional calling. She was drawn to the firm’s philosophy of truly integrated financial guidance bringing together tax strategy, investment planning, insurance, and long-term wealth planning to help clients make confident, well-informed decisions about their financial future.
Today, Rachael’s work continues to focus primarily on shaping the structure, systems, and strategy that support the firm as a whole, continuously developing the operational framework that allows the entire Infinity team to serve clients at the highest possible level. From team development and internal education to refining processes and client experience standards, her goal is to ensure that every family who walks through the door is supported by a team that is prepared, knowledgeable, and positioned to serve them well.
When Rachael first joined Infinity, the firm served fewer than 200 client households. Over the years, she has played a central role in helping design, build, and structure the department and operational model that supports the firm today. Her focus has always been on thoughtful, sustainable growth ensuring that as the firm expands, the level of care, preparation, and professionalism clients receive continues to rise with it.
At the heart of her leadership philosophy is a belief that great firms are built from the inside out. By investing in the development, alignment, and education of the team, she helps ensure that every client interaction reflects the values Infinity was built upon. She believes every client deserves clarity, proactive guidance, and fosters a commitment to helping families protect what they’ve built, grow their wealth, use it with purpose, and ultimately bestow it to the people and causes that matter most.
Outside the office, Rachael and her husband Sean stay busy raising their two children alongside their small collection of pets—two dogs, two birds, and a gecko. As a family, they enjoy spending time with friends, cheering at the softball field, attending concerts, kayaking, traveling, and tackling the occasional home project. Rachael is also an avid reader, a self-proclaimed foodie, and firmly believes the best Halloween costumes are always homemade.
