At Infinity Tax and Financial Planning, our tax preparation services are designed to focus on your long-term financial goals as well as reducing your tax liability as best as possible. Infinity is not able track your refunds and returns after it has been submitted as the return then enters the IRS's internal processing system which we do not have access to. The IRS provides two options to receive your refund: electronic deposit into the bank account of your choosing OR paper check mailed to your residence. Prior to submitting your tax return, our advisors will verify the account information provided and your preferred refund delivery method.
Tax returns that were electronically filed typically have a 2-to-4-week turnaround time for refunds to be deposited/mailed to you. Amended returns can take much longer to process - up to six months! If you feel that you should have received your refund and have not yet done so, please refer to the below contact information for guidance on processing updates.
