Kaitlyn Epps is a 2025 graduate with a Bachelor of Science in Business, concentrating in Office Administration. She brings over five years of customer service experience and previously interned with a local State Farm office, where she developed strong client care and office operations skills. Kaitlyn is passionate about ensuring clients feel comfortable, supported, and connected with the right member of the Infinity team. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with family and friends, volunteering in her community, and staying active through running, fitness training, volleyball, and pickleball.
