Rachael Campbell
Rachael Campbell serves as Partner and Chief Operating & Growth Officer at Infinity Tax & Financial Planning. She leads the firm's operations, strategic growth initiatives, team development, and client experience, helping ensure Infinity continues to grow while maintaining the high standard of service clients have come to expect.
A lifelong Huntsville-area native, Rachael grew up just across the river in Lacey’s Spring and has called Huntsville home since 2008. Her career began in business development with a prominent local automotive group, where she spent nearly a decade building a strong foundation in leadership, strategic growth, and client service. She later transitioned into the insurance and healthcare industry with Blue Cross Blue Shield, deepening her commitment to helping individuals and families protect what matters most.
In 2017, Rachael joined Andy Zorovich at Infinity and quickly recognized she had found her professional calling. She was drawn to the firm’s integrated approach to financial guidance—bringing together tax strategy, investment planning, insurance, estate planning, and long-term wealth management to help clients make confident, well-informed decisions. Since then, she has played a key role in Infinity’s growth, helping build the operational foundation that supports the firm’s continued success.
Today, Rachael oversees the systems, processes, technology, team development, and client experience standards that allow Infinity to scale with intention while maintaining a consistent, high-quality experience for every client. Her work focuses on strengthening the infrastructure behind the scenes—from refining workflows and supporting compliance to developing training programs and scalable systems aligned with the firm’s long-term vision.
Rachael believes great firms are built from the inside out. By investing in people, strengthening internal standards, and creating clarity around how exceptional service is delivered, she helps ensure every client interaction reflects the values Infinity was founded on. She is passionate about helping families gain clarity and confidence while supporting the firm’s mission to help clients protect what they’ve built, grow their wealth, use it intentionally, and ultimately bestow it to the people and causes they care about most.
Outside the office, Rachael and her husband Sean stay busy raising their two children alongside their small collection of pets—two dogs, two birds, and a gecko. As a family, they enjoy spending time with friends, cheering at the softball field, attending concerts, kayaking, traveling, and tackling the occasional home project. Rachael is also an avid reader, a self-proclaimed foodie, and firmly believes the best Halloween costumes are always homemade.
